| Broccoli is a very healthy, tasty vegetable, much more smaller than cauliflower, with dark green flowers. It compounds vitamins such as : A, B, C and PP. The affluence of vitamins and microelements causes the fact that broccoli should establish inseparable element of our daily diet. Broccoli has also other advantage : it is low-caloric and gives feeling of satiety - so it's great when you are on a diet! Moreover, it is the source of sulphone, which couteracts cancers. If you look for proper diet, thanks of which you would eat tastely - the broccoli diet is perfect solution for you. Below you can get to know how to make two of broccoli meals - Broccoli salad and Pasta with broccoli. Enjoy your meal!
Broccoli salad
Ingredients:
* 1 broccoli (e.g.: frozen)
* 4 tomatoes
* 2 pieces of red onion
* 1 yellow onion
* 1 tin of sweetcorn
* 5 spoons of mayonnaise
* pinch of salt
* pinch of black peper
* 3 eggs
Preparation:
Short parboil of broccoli. Cook eggs. Cut it into the thick chip. Cut also: tomatoes - into the tick chip, onion - into the pen, paprica - into thin strops. Afterward, drain sweetcorn off. Finally, mix everything together, add mayonnaise, salt and peper. Mix everything together once again. Hand it with bread.
Pasta with broccoli
Ingredients:
* a cup of penne
* 1 broccoli
* 1 of onion
* sweet oil
* 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Boil broccoli off, on the pan: parboil on the oil finely-cut onion, add broccoli, do not pour out the water from broccoli. Fry broccoli, pour it with the bit of broccoli water, crash with the use of fork. Boil pasta and add it to broccoli, parboil it one moment. On the dry pan: pour breadcrumbs and slush it a bit. Finally, pour pasta by breadcrumbs and hand it.
Those are only two suggestions of meals with broccoli, which you can try and practice as your diet.
Nevertheless, you can find much more compositions and ideas for your meal with that vegetable.
